Cheryl Hines, the actress, seems to be fully embracing the MAGA movement following President-elect Donald Trump’s appointment of her spouse, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as his pick for secretary of health and human services.
The Curb Your Enthusiasm actress posted a quirky video featuring a partially unclothed RFK Jr. to promote a collection of scented candles, sprays, and body creams from her wellness brand, Hines + Young. Some of the candles are even dubbed “MAHA,” standing for “Make America Healthy Again.”
In the video, Hines scolds Kennedy for taking a shower while she promotes her products, with RFK Jr.’s upper body visible in the background.
“No, you can’t take a shower,” Hines says to her apparently unaware partner, while looking straight into the camera. “I’m filming a video. No, no, no—you have to give me a moment, I’m doing a video for Hines + Young. Sweetheart… 60 percent off.”
The video features a clickable link to buy the candles, emphasizing a 60 percent Black Friday discount.
This clip serves as the latest indication that Hines, who previously criticized Trump, is growing more aligned with her husband’s political stance—something that changed after Kennedy initially endorsed Trump in late August, following the conclusion of his own presidential campaign.
“Her apprehension and unease regarding this… were the prevailing emotions,” Kennedy explained to TMZ about his wife at that time. “She’s always been a Democrat, and the thought of me backing Donald Trump for president was just… something she could never envision, something she never desired in her life.”
Earlier this month, Hines attended a gathering with Kennedy at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s beachfront club, where she was photographed enjoying herself in the company of prominent MAGA personalities, including Tucker Carlson, Tulsi Gabbard, and Donald Trump Jr., with Elon Musk, JD Vance, and Trump also in attendance.
Hines and Kennedy’s relationship gained public attention in September after reports surfaced about his passionate texting affair with political journalist Olivia Nuzzi. Regardless, Hines, who was reportedly once thinking about divorce, seems to have put the betrayal behind her—and is now part of Team Trump.
