Joe Rogan remarked that both President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appear to be aiming to ignite “World War III” as Biden approaches the end of his term.
A barrage of missiles supplied by the U.S. was launched deep into Russian territory following Biden’s recent decision to allow Ukraine to utilize them against Russian targets. This shift in policy occurred after Russia sent North Korean troops to the frontline in the Kursk region, an action that the Biden administration regarded as a marked escalation in the conflict that warranted a reaction, as noted by Reuters reported.
During a podcast episode on Friday, Rogan and his guest, music producer Scott Storch, both conveyed that they would feel “safer” with Donald Trump, who has expressed doubts regarding U.S. backing of Ukraine’s military efforts, back in the Oval Office.
Nevertheless, Rogan voiced concerns over the repercussions of Biden’s actions in the remaining weeks of his administration.
“How is it permissible to do that when you’re about to leave?” Rogan questioned. “People aren’t eager for you to stay. There should be a temporary halt for significant moves that could potentially trigger World War III. This might be something we’d prefer to avoid coming from a departing former president. It’s all crazy.”
Rogan also assigned some blame to Zelensky, worrying that the escalation of the conflict could have far-reaching effects globally.
“Zelensky claims that Putin is frightened,” Rogan stated. “Screw you, man. Screw you all. You folks are on the verge of igniting World War III.”
He continued, “The world has experienced peace in the past, and then suddenly, there’s chaos.”
According to Rogan, chaos is just as likely to occur now as it has in the past. “It’s occurring right now; it’s just not happening here. We don’t perceive it here, so it doesn’t impact our thought processes, and we endorse initiatives that might lead to its emergence here, all while being oblivious to the fact that we’re doing so,” he explained.
