Mobile apps are the tools that make our phones functional, in addition to the tools that come pre-installed such as calls, messages, photo gallery, and similar, users download apps to “furnish” their phones.

Therefore, the download and deletion of these platforms and services is constant, sometimes we delete because we need to free up space for other apps, or because we will never use them again, or in the worst cases, because it has been discovered that they have malware or malicious virus and we want to protect ourselves.

At the same time as we download apps to add capabilities to our device, whether to access a new social network, to try a new video game or because we want to use it to identify the constellations.

Although for a few months it is possible to install applications on a device remotely from Android devices, that is, you from your smartphone can install the elEconomista.es app on your tablet, even if you are at work and it is at home, until now they could not be deleted in the same way.

However, the company is modifying its official app store, Google Play, and recently, has added a section in the information of the services it offers and highlights how to proceed with the deletion of user accounts.

How to remove an app remotely from your device

To remove an app from a Play from an Android device, you must use the smartphone or tablet on which it is downloaded, and use Google Play Store to access the Manage applications and devices section, as Google explains on its support page.

The new functionality, included in the Manage applications and device section of the Google store, allows users to uninstall applications from other devices linked to a Google account remotely. In this way, memory availability can be managed on all linked devices to the user’s Google account.
