The SUV Aston Martin DBX707, launched in 2022, now receives changes that mainly affect its interior. It incorporates a new infotainment system and the cabin has been redesigned. Its market arrival: in the second quarter of 2024.
All areas of the interior of the Aston Martin DBX707 have been improved, with a new steering wheel and redesigned door handles in the shape of “D”. Also redesigned are the vertical air vents, which include bright chrome or dark chrome inserts. The new front door trim panels are larger and available in different materials, such as glossy smoked oak, glossy titanium mesh, and ziricote wood, piano black, and carbon fiber finishes.
The brand now offers the model with three different interior upholstery options, each with its own details: Inspire Comfort, with matrix embroidery and quilting; Inspire Sport, with vector embroidery; and Accelerate, with Alcantara. Other details include micro-borders and satin embroidery.
New infotainment system
The new fully integrated and custom-designed multiplex screen system from Aston Martin includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connection, multiple USB-C connections, and complete online connectivity. Information is displayed through Pure Black touch screen technology, with full capacitive control through gestures with one or more fingers. The main driver’s instrument panel is a 12.3-inch screen (1.5 inches wider than the DB12 and Vantage) with a integrated 10.25-inch central screen on the new dashboard and center console.
The new DBX707 also includes physical controls for key mechanical operations such as gear selection, driving mode, heating and ventilation. It also features control switches for suspension, ESP, and exhaust, as well as for lane-keeping assistance and parking distance control, ensuring that the most used controls are always at hand.
For music lovers
The DBX707 now comes standard with the Aston Martin Premium Audio 800w 14-speaker sound system, featuring QuantumLogic surround sound processing.
Optionally, the model can be equipped with the system developed in partnership with Aston Martin’s audio partner, Bowers & Wilkins which includes dual aluminum conical tweeters and Continuum midrange speakers with 23 speakers and double amplification of 1,600 W. Through the 3D speakers on the ceiling, the bass speakers, and a powerful subwoofer, sound quality inside the sports car is guaranteed.
Light changes also for the exterior
Aesthetically, there are few variations that come to the refreshed DBX707, which now features the new Aston Martin Wings. It is offered with five new paint colors black, yellow, and in three different shades of green. It also has another exclusive green color for the DBX707 AMR23 Edition and two new wheel finishes.
Other visible changes are the new door handles, which emerge when unlocking the vehicle, and the new flush glass exterior mirrors with swivel head.
In terms of engines, the updated Aston Martin SUV arrives unchanged, with the 707 hp 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and 900 Nm of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. This all-wheel-drive SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 193 km/h.
