One effective method to help you move past feeling stuck is to review your progress.
Create a timeline or sketch a flowchart to visualize your past journey and your future direction. Documenting your experiences solidifies them in your memory and highlights crucial details you might otherwise overlook or dismiss as unimportant. Every step you take plays a part in achieving your goals, regardless of its size.
The longer the timeframe you have to achieve your goal, the greater the chance of distractions and losing focus. Ensure you recognize where you’ve been to keep steering in the right direction.
Review Your Approach.
While reflecting, consider any modifications that might be necessary. Occasionally, we need to adjust our strategies as we acquire new insights or as circumstances change around us. Having a plan is vital, but it’s equally important to remain flexible and willing to adapt as new information or shifting contexts present themselves.

At times, we might be too close to a situation to see it clearly, but our partners or friends can provide valuable perspectives as they’ve supported us throughout our journeys.
