Mike Davis, a lawyer aligned with Trump and a former Senate aide, is reportedly a contender for Attorney General in Donald Trump’s upcoming administration. On Thursday, he continued his series of crude insults toward Democratic adversaries, this time aiming at New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Just one day after revealing his intention to “drag their dead political bodies through the streets, burn them, and throw them off the wall (legally, politically, and financially, of course),” Davis appeared on the show of right-wing figure Benny Johnson, known for his history of plagiarism, to attack James, whose office successfully prosecuted a civil case against Trump and his organization for fraud.
“I dare you to attempt to keep your lawfare against President Trump during his second term,” he warned. “Because listen up, sweetheart: We’re not playing games this time, and we will ensure you end up in prison for conspiracy against rights, and I guarantee you that.”
“So, consider carefully before you decide to infringe on President Trump’s constitutional rights, or those of any other American,” he added. “It won’t happen again.”
Davis has also made numerous statements expressing a desire to imprison journalists in “gulags.”
